We serve breakfast/lunch/dinner 7 days a week to about 400 people, including high school students in cafeteria setting in a brand new kitchen and facility.
We focus on scratch cooking, advanced planned menus with tried-and-tested recipes, and food safety including allergen management.
About You:
Hospitality professional that can multi-task.
Flexible schedule, including Saturdays & Sundays.
Our shifts are 6am-2:
30pm and 11am-7:
30pm.
We strive to deliver a consistent schedule for each team member.
Ability to be flexible, work as a team and serve food safe, clean and hot.
Restocks buffet line with prepared food from warmer Cleans and tidies hot buffet line Maintains clean environment for guests and staff Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
Operates and maintains (Brand new!) kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assists in receiving and putting away of all food and supplies as required.
Attends daily standup meeting to hear updates from Manager & Chef Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
About the Job:
$350 signing bonus.
