Sales Supervisor

Pacifica Inc., a leader in natural beauty, is looking for Sales Supervisor to join our team. Position works directly with VP of Sales managing day to day operations of sales department inclusive of internal customer service team and external representatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects day to day sales operations.
Recruit, train, counsel & coach CSR team on all aspects of customer relations to include retail partner support, order processing, logistics inquiries, etc.
Evaluate on-job performance and maintain daily call cycle / contributions by individual CSR team members.
Coordination and distribution of promotional calendars.
Meet and support financial goals by division / sales directors / CSR team.
Manage and support all external sales team sampling and collateral materials to include organizing and maintaining new product introductions and monthly training meetings.
Maintain all wholesale price sheets both domestic & international.
Organize and maintain all rep, broker & distributor contracts/records.
Organize and distribute sales staff scheduling to include vacation / OOS schedules. Ensure staffing and hours of operations.
Work with senior staff to develop and maintain brand integrity. Make sure organizational philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout internal / external sales associates.
Maintain daily records and communication with Business Manager located in Portland OR to include:
Daily Totals, Stock Position, Projections & Forecasting, Budgets and Open Order Reports.
Maintain order processing and integrity with Business Manager to include EDI / ACCPAC and any / all electronic data.
Position Requirements
A College Degree required.
Advanced or expert proficiency with Micro Soft Office to include Word & Excel as well as all Spreadsheet and Data Base Reporting and lay-out.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical , organizational and supervising skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Ability to work with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Ability to anticipate conflicts and facilitate problem solving resolutions.
Full time position.
Occasional local travel required for regional / national trade shows

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
