Hollandia Produce is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to become an integral part of our Executive Team. With locations in Carpinteria and Oxnard, California, Hollandia Produce offers excellent employee benefits and promotes a friendly and productive work environment. The Director of Sales and Marketing provides leadership of the public projection of the brand, the company's products, their features and benefits to all sectors of a predetermined target market. Performs personalization of the brand, such as brand management, image management and personification of the brand so that the brand and its products become an entity. These brand-development efforts are made to build the value of the brand as well as keep the company's production sold-out.
The ideal candidate will see themselves as a driving force to our future growth and organizational integrity, provide leadership, help align our business and staffing strategy to grow the company, and act as a catalyst for change, embracing and driving the timely execution of change initiatives. Not only will they be knowledgeable in marketing and public relations and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, they will also possess the skills to think strategically and lead the sales and marketing team to maintain a high respect for our brand. Must be motivated to work independently and able to work collaboratively performing multiple-level projects in conjunction with their daily activities.
Requirements:
Minimum five years of work experience in marketing or equivalent education
Minimum five years of work experience in professional produce industry or equivalent education
Minimum five years of work experience in management/leadership or equivalent education
Minimum two years full-time equivalent experience in MS Word and Excel
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
Possession of a valid driver's licenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
