Team Leader, Technology

Job Summary
The Team Leader is the key point of contact regarding requests for development and problem solving efforts within the Technology and Innovation group. The work involves both leading / conducting projects of his/her own and organizing / deploying coworkers engaged in product development activities within the immediate group. This person is a ?player ? coach? who is a critical player in the integration of effective and efficient project execution practices into daily operations, accommodating both tactical demands of the business and higher-level strategic initiatives of management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Implement systems that maximize effective coordination and execution of projects.
+ Accept / evaluate project requests from internal and external customers
+ Understand and capture key deliverables and timing
+ Assess priority of multiple competing requests
+ Make clear and effective requests of team members to take ownership of projects
+ Monitor and report on project execution
+ Develop innovative solutions to product development challenges
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and customers to ensure timely and effective coordination of activities.
+ Lead team in research in the product development laboratory for area of specialization
+ Oversee the correct formulation development and optimization for products
+ Prepare and test lab scale formulations for stability evaluation
+ Prepare pre-commercial Batch Records and working with the Manufacturing team to oversee pre-commercial manufacturing
+ Coordinate with the Purchasing department personnel for raw materials sourcing, and be able to identify issues
+ Coordinate with Analytical and QC personnel for setting up test methods and specifications.
+ Lead designated Technology Team, comprised of leaders from all functions within the organization.
+ Develop and optimize robust manufacturing processes.
+ Provide input into performance planning and assessment. Report on progress, success, and failure of projects. Allocate resources to achieve project deadlines. Provide guidance along with functional leaders to solve technical problems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
