The Creative Group is actively hiring for a Director of Digital Marketing with Beauty Experience. This is for a beauty brand in growth mode that is looking for someone with a modern approach to digital marketing to oversee digital marketing for the brand! The Director of Digital Marketing should be very hands on and also able to create a strategy for the brand. Job Duties: ? Create, own and implement the integrated digital media, performance marketing strategy across all digital platforms to maximize engagement, reach, EMV, new user acquisition and growth to support brand objectives ? Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across all digital and social platforms leveraging original content, UGC, PR, influencers and paid media to support new product launches, category expansion, collaborations and partnerships and promotions ? Work directly with the Founder and President to translate and implement the brand vision and strategy across all social media platforms to achieve revenue and growth targets. ? Directly oversee and manage all strategic development and execution of performance marketing initiatives across all digital, social media and ecommerce platforms to align with and achieve brand level goals and initiatives. ? Integrate, approve and deploy digital content to support the strategic and campaign objectives to insure effective story-telling, application of strategic vision and achieve brand and campaign objectives including revenue and ROI targets ? Participate in the ideation process including developing and executing brand-marketing initiatives including new product launch strategy, PR and advertising, content and all marketing communications for the product line. ? Work closely with and help to integrate Sales and Retail Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Development and E-commerce teams to insure clear, consistent and sequenced communication ? Create, implement and monitor by day integrated marketing calendar to create campaigns for all digital and social platforms ? Develop and execute integrated customer acquisition and retention marketing campaigns, and monitor and report on effectiveness to ensure ROI across all social and influencer channels. ? Responsible to achieve revenue, traffic, and growth targets for campaigns and launches. Report out launch and campaign revenue on a weekly basis and adjust marketing and spend plans accordingly to achieve revenue targets on a monthly basis. ? Monitor and report integrated marketing results including revenue, traffic, and growth and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Requirements/Qualifications/Attributes EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of hands-on experience working on a digital native, social first direct to consumer brand. Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Trend categories highly preferred! ? Hands on experience working on a brand with significant annual revenue ? Experience building brands rapidly in a startup environment, must be able to hustle and must be a hands-on doer! ? Creative, discerning brand eye with the ability to learn and apply brand voice ? Keen ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and tell stories using visual content ? Proven ability to create, implement and measure strategic integrated digital marketing campaigns ? Have strong understanding and experience in Influencer relations and social media marketing ? Proven experience scaling companies through online marketing channels. ? Experience working with retail partner sales and brand design teams, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results. ? Extremely strong quantitative, analytical skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
