Manager, Business Intelligence

Job Summary Support CEO and other members of the C-suite to create a high performance CEO office by developing, executing and/or project management of key value creation projects. MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  (List in order of importance) Amplify impact and reach of CEO office on a specific set of critical enterprise level priorities Work very closely with CEO and C-suite to realize identified key value creation projects. Prepare project report out to the Board of Directors. Support identification and execution of new value creation and operational improvement initiatives Create deep business insights, strategies and tactics based on analysis of group wide opportunities and best practices. Manage projects and ensure execution of newly defined initiatives. Prepare project report out to BOD QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications) High performer with three to six years of top-tier professional experience (consulting, investment banking, private equity or management training program). MBA a plus, who is looking for a fast track into the CEO office and ultimately a challenging job in a company line organization or private equityportfolio company environment. Candidate would have strong desire to learn from high performing CEO and C-suite executives and have a real impact in the business early in his / her career. Strong nose for value, ability to mobilize change and drive sustainable earnings growth. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently) Exceptional process and organizational skills. Highly organized and reliable, keeps trains on time and knows how to create process "drumbeat". Structured thinker that can digest unstructured data and create /execute actionable plans. Resourceful and tenacious. Thinks as much about the 'how' as about the 'what' Gets things done. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Strong analytical skills and good / high "raw IQ". Sound business insight; good nose for value, able to identify and prioritize key value creation levers. Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc) skillset. Outstanding "user interface". Ability to "connect the dots" and work with cross-functional teams to drive results. Non-confrontational character, comfortable to be around. High EQ, warm personality and ability to relate to people. However, able and willing to tolerate and if necessary drive conflict when needed. Knows how to get stuff done in ambiguous, executive settings. Energy contributor, low maintenance, ambitious and drive to develop new initiatives. Energy contributor, entrepreneurial spirit of creating ideas. Ambitious in goal setting and career - wants to grow and curious. Strong oral and written communicator. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
